Is parking available?+
Yes, free parking is available directly at the house or right next to it.
Are dogs allowed?+
Dogs are warmly welcome if staying in suites a and m, for a fee of €45.
What are the cancellation terms?+
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge (up to 30 days during high season). Cancellations 0-13 days before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total price, and a no-show without prior cancellation is charged at 100% of the total price. A deposit of 50% of the total price is due upon booking.
How do I get around?+
With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, which you receive free of charge during your stay at the Anima Suites, you can use all regional public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge.
